Appliance Sales Specialist

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting Appliance products that best meet their needs
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting

• The employee must be capable of moving appliances up to 50+ pounds with the appropriate assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; walk; use hands, handle, or lift; talk and hear.
