Securitas is hiring a Flex Security Officer to provide professional protection at multiple client sites. In this role, you'll support a mission-driven, safety-focused team by performing patrols, controlling access, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents. With 24/7 availability, you'll fill varied shifts and locations, gaining broad experience across industries. You'll complete detailed reports, deliver courteous customer service, and uphold Securitas values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.
Securitas offers structured training, licensing support, and clear paths to advance into supervisory or specialist security roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site security coverage at various client locations as scheduled
- Control access, verify identification, and monitor entrances and exits
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards
- Monitor alarm systems, CCTV, and security technologies as assigned
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms following Securitas protocols
- Document incidents and daily activities in clear, accurate reports
- Deliver professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Maintain high standards of appearance, conduct, and confidentiality
- Adapt to changing sites, shifts, and duties with 24/7 availability
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support client safety goals
