Seasonal Security Officer

Securitas seeks Seasonal Security Officers in Worcester to protect people, property, and assets for diverse client sites. In this part-time role, you will monitor entrances, patrol facilities, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence while delivering professional customer service. Responsibilities include enforcing site rules, writing detailed reports, operating security technology, and supporting emergency response. Responsibilities

• Monitor premises, entrances, and exits to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Conduct routine patrols on foot or by vehicle to ensure a safe, secure environment
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; observe, report, and escalate as needed
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and access control procedures in a professional manner
• Complete clear, accurate incident and shift reports in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining security standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and public safety agencies
• Follow post orders, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
• Operate surveillance systems, radios, and other security technology as assigned
• Participate in required training, drills, and certifications to maintain qualifications
