Overview

We are partnering with a small but growing plumbing company seeking an experienced Master Plumber to support five properties, primarily across Central Massachusetts. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and takes pride in high-quality plumbing work-especially hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Travel between 5 assigned properties (3 located in Massachusetts)

* Perform all plumbing-related work with a strong focus on:

* Individual hot water heaters (Shrewsbury-based properties)

* Hot water tank removal, replacement, and line tear-outs

* Troubleshooting and repairing aging systems (properties approx. 20+ years old)

* Support and maintain filtration systems specific to individual properties

* Work with wall-mounted applications and Providence hot water systems where applicable

* Diagnose issues efficiently and provide long-term, reliable solutions

* Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with ownership/management

What We're Looking For

* Licensed Master Plumber (required)

* Strong experience with hot water heaters and tank systems

* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites

* Organized, efficient, and dependable with a long-term mindset

* Ability to work on older properties and legacy plumbing systems

* Based in or near Shrewsbury, MA (or willing to commute locally)
