Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Welder Mechanic to join our team in Shrewsbury, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding and mechanical maintenance tasks, with a focus on arc welding and conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform arc welding tasks on various materials and components as required.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all welding and mechanical operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Proven experience in arc welding and mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems and their components.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications in welding and mechanical maintenance are preferred.
