Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Shrewsbury community. You will perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks and respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical skills with 1-3 years of similar experience. EPA/CPO may be required; strong customer service and safety awareness are essential.
