Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-trade operative looking for your next opportunity?
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference, takes pride in their trade, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to supporting safe, comfortable homes. This multi-skilled engineer role will sit within our Empty Homes team, focusing on work within void properties – helping us get homes ready for new customers and ensuring high standards across our communities.
Whatwe’re looking for
- Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours and travel
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
- If you hold any relevant qualifications, we’ll need to see the original certificates
