Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on vivarium equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems;
Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with environmental standards;
Execute welding tasks (MIG/TIG/arc) for repairs, fabrication, and structural support;
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders to minimize operational disruptions;
Carry out general facility upkeep including carpentry, drywall repair, tiling, and light remodeling projects
