Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic Salary | OTE Up to £45,000 (Efficiency Bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm | Saturdays 8:00am - 12:30pm (Rota)

As a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs while ensuring every vehicle is completed to the highest manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities include:- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Completing engine, transmission, braking and suspension repairs
- Carrying out vehicle health checks, inspections and MOT preparation
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
- Working closely with the workshop team to deliver outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
- Experience with dealer diagnostic equipment or Hybrid & EV vehicles would be advantageous but not essential
- Your own tools and toolbox
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a busy workshop team
