As a Junior Assistant Manager at The Belmont Hotel, you will need to work using your own initiative, and be able to perform effectively as part of an established team. You'll have a positive and energetic nature and understand how to achieve high standards of customer care.

What will I be doing?

As a Junior Assistant Manager at The Belmont Hotel, you will have direct contact with our guests, assisting with enquiries and supporting our food and beverage department when required. This role would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work for an established luxury hotel chain whilst furthering their career in the hospitality industry.

  • Assist in the day-to-day running and management of the hotel.
  • Be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Brend Hotels group in all your business relationships.
  • Assist the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Heads of Department to ensure that customer service is at the forefront of all we do.

To successfully fill this role as a Junior Assistant Manager at The Belmont Hotel, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Previous experience within a similar role

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar establishment and hold a full UK driving licence.
