Test drive vehicles and perform offsite/emergency road services;
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and TPMS components;
Use hand tools and equipment to service vehicles;
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues as needed
