Practice Overview

• Join an established surgical team at a respected critical-access hospital
• 2-3 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days each week
• Offices close at noon on Fridays
• General orthopedic case mix; robotic platform in development
• Call shared 1:3, up to 10 days per month, with additional days compensated

Schedule

• 4.5-day workweek with flexibility between clinic and OR
• Average clinic volume of 15-20 patients per day
• Balanced call rotation shared evenly among three surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• $1,600 per month housing stipend during your first year

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure and DEA registration
• Comfortable with general orthopedic procedures
• Interest in rural practice preferred
