Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time, itinerant school psychologist is needed to serve K-12 students across the Sidney, MT area. This travel position involves conducting psychological assessments and supporting a diverse caseload in various school settings. The role offers an excellent opportunity to apply expertise in school psychology within a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning and mental health.
- Provide consultation and support for behavioral interventions and academic accommodations.
- Manage an itinerant caseload, traveling between schools within the designated geographic area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist certification or licensure.
- Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings.
- Strong skills in psychological assessment and report writing.
- Ability to manage time and caseload efficiently while traveling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
