Physical Therapist ~ Rehab Services

Full-time. Start date preferably September 21st, 2026

35-40 hours per week

• Align rehabilitation services with organizational mission, vision and strategic goals of Sidney Health Center
• Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily treatment for physical therapy for a variety of clients
• Use differential diagnosis to properly identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities to provide an appropriate plan of care.
• Document via EHR with proper documentation and necessity for reimbursement for treatment
• Work with a variety of clients in inpatient, outpatient, extended care and specialty rehab services as needed by the department
• Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and consistent care standards across service lines

• Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
• Graduation from an accredited professional program

• Current, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Rehab Services Staff Physical Therapist to join our I CARE team in the Rehab Department setting. Essential duties of the position include providing a high standard of patient care including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and assessing patients for continued need of care and progressing their plan of care accordingly until they are able to discharge independently.
