Physical Therapist – General in Sidney, MT, United States. Start date September 21, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay $2,325–$2,511 per week with a guaranteed 36 hours. Shift: 5x8 Days, typically Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch; schedule can be adjusted to 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. to maintain a 36-hour week. Setting: outpatient rehabilitation within a hospital-based care environment.

• Setting: outpatient rehabilitation focused on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries within a hospital setting
• Experience:
  
  1+ year of physical therapy experience preferred

• Conduct 1-hour patient evaluations and 45-minute daily treatment sessions
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care for orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate patient care
• Document care in EPIC; EPIC experience preferred
• Manage referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and the acute care team
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT degree from an accredited program
• PT licensure: active license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist per state regulatory requirements
• 1+ year of physical therapy experience; outpatient experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an outpatient hospital-based rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• EPIC experience preferred
