Physical Therapist
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch or alternatively 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a 36-hour workweek.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks with guaranteed hours of 36-40 per week.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-hour evaluations and provide 45-minute daily treatments.
- Work collaboratively with a team of rehabilitation specialists to provide patient-centered care.
- Focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries.
- Help patients achieve their best possible outcomes through rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Compliance / Notes
