The Position:
Activity Aide

Employment Status:
Full-Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80 hours

Compensation: $16.50 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide the residents with routine daily activities and services that would be necessary to carry out the plane of care.
• Utilizing a social model of care, you are responsible for the quality of life for the residents.
• Planning, implementing, assessing and organizing all activities per residents' individual interests and needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Long term or Acute care experience preferred, but not necessary.

Certifications and Licenses:

• CPR (preferred but not required)

Position Summary:

Looking to bring spark, creativity and joy to residents. We have a full-time activities aide position perfect for you. This position would require some administrative duties, ability to communicate with residents, volunteers, visitors and staff. Assistance with performing small or large group activities, entertaining, spiritual and one-on-one activities. Requires being pleasant and caring to residents and patient, considerate, being able to multi-task, having the ability to effectively interact with residents and having a current Montana's drivers license.

This position requires a high school diploma. CNA license preferred but not required. CNA classes offered if interested.
