DescriptionBoyd Andrew Community Services is currently hiring for a FT Mental Health Therapist to work at our Elkhorn Treatment Center (ETC) in Boulder, MT. This position will be an essential part of the clinical team and will see the successful applicant provide a variety of mental health services to ETC residents with co-occurring mental health and Substance Use Disorder issues. In return, the successful applicant will enjoy a family friendly and supportive work environment.
Boyd Andrew Community Services offers a generous benefit package for full-time staff, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, personal leave, and a generous retirement package. Applicants who reside 20 miles or more from this work location are also eligible for a daily gas stipend.
Pay will be highly competitive and commensurate with experience and licensure. Initial hourly pay range is $28.00 to $34.00.
The successful applicant will be eligible for a $1000 hiring bonus, plus $1500 bonus upon completion of one-year probationary period.
