** Full-Time | Variable Shifts Position Summary At Logan Health, our Paramedics play a vital role in delivering high-quality emergency medical services to the communities we serve. This position provides advanced life support (ALS) care in both pre-hospital 911 response and inter-facility transport settings while supporting patient safety, operational excellence, and compassionate care. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications
* Current Montana Paramedic licensure required.
* National Registry Paramedic (NRP) certification preferred.
* Current driver’s license required.
* Must possess a driving record clear of the following for the past thirty-six (36) months from date of hire:  + Conviction of a felony involving a motor vehicle.  + Conviction involving the sale, handling, or use of illicit drugs.  + Conviction of an alcohol or drug-related driving offense.  + Driver’s license suspension or revocation.  + Three (3) or more speeding and/or moving violations.
* RQI Provider (BLS) certification required within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or prior to independent patient care, whichever comes first.
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six (6) months of hire/transfer.
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within six (6) months of hire/transfer.

Specific Duties
* Provides advanced life support (ALS) patient care in pre-hospital 911 response and inter-facility transport settings.
* Completes accurate and timely patient documentation, care reports, and related records.
* Demonstrates competency with required EMS computer systems and assists with data collection and reporting activities.
* Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and department protocols.
* Demonstrates knowledge and safe operation of ambulances, communication systems, patient care equipment, and extraction equipment.
* Provides direction and support to stakeholders, public safety personnel, and emergency response teams as appropriate.
* Performs ALS assessments and interventions for patients requiring advanced levels of care and transport.
* Assists incident command during emergency scene responses with patient care expertise and coordination.
* Monitors equipment functionality, reports malfunctions, restocks supplies, and maintains vehicle cleanliness and readiness according to department standards.
* Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures related to patient care, safety, and departmental operations.
