• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification required; OCN preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; oncology or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of radiation therapy processes and symptom management preferred.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients receiving radiation therapy.
• Monitor and manage treatment-related side effects and symptoms.
• Administer medications and supportive therapies as ordered.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.
• Coordinate care with radiation oncologists, physicists, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and clinic policies.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
