Overview
Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Sidney, Montana. Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed practitioners across hospital inpatient units, long‑term care facilities, and community health clinics. The assignment emphasizes stability on shifts, effective communication with patients and families, and competent assessment and intervention skills.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care under supervision, administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, perform routine nursing procedures, and document clinically relevant observations with clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other health professionals to coordinate care plans, anticipate complications, and advocate for patient safety and dignity.
- Assist with admissions and discharges, wound care, bedside patient education, and support families in recovery at home.
- Participate in care transitions, contribute to multi-disciplinary rounds, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Engage in opportunities to refine skills in acute and long‑term care environments and pursue continuing education or specialty-building experiences aligned with career goals.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensing to practice in Montana.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Willingness to work in multiple care settings and participate in growth opportunities within travel programs.

Competitive weekly pay in the range of $1,865 to $1,950
