Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER/Critical Care) — FT/PT/PRN | Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) | Sidney, MT
Pay: $32.05 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)
Schedule options: Full-Time (72 hours per pay period), Part-Time (56 hours per pay period), or Per Diem (as needed)
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for Full-Time positions
Setting: Emergency Department / Critical Care

Were partnering with a highly respected, not-for-profit community medical center in Sidney, Montana to hire an Emergency Room Registered Nurse

- Provide care to acutely and critically ill patients across a broad range of emergency presentations
- Perform complex assessments, initiate interventions, and continuously reassess patient status
- Coordinate care with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, timely treatment and disposition
- Function as Charge Nurse or Second Nurse on varying shifts, supporting flow and clinical decision‑making
- Contribute to a culture focused on patient safety, teamwork, and high reliability care
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure
- Current Montana RN license
Required certifications
- BLS
Preferred
- Emergency Department experience
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC (preferred)
- Full‑time sign‑on bonus available
- Flexibility: FT, PT, or PRN options
