Pay: $26.43 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

A community-based healthcare organization in eastern Montana is hiring an RN or LPN for a busy Primary Care Clinic. This is a patient-facing role focused on clinic flow, documentation, patient communication, and supporting providers with in-office care. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and building long-term patient relationships.

• Document patient care and treatments in the EMR/EHR

• Serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and clinic staff

• Take vitals and support day-to-day clinic operations

• Triage patient calls and messages; coordinate follow-ups and lab results

• Support providers with in-clinic procedures as needed

• Manage prescription refills and assist with prior authorizations

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient needs

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing

• Current, unencumbered Montana RN or LPN license

• Current BLS

• Position is represented by the Montana Nurses Association
