- Current unencumbered LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Document patient care and treatments within the electronic health record
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Take vital signs, triage patient calls, and assist with prescription refills
- Complete necessary prior authorizations and schedule referral appointments
