Pay Range:

Regular Pay: $21/hr
Weekly Housing & Meal Stipend: $ 1,121.40/weekly
Weekly Per Diem: $840
Weekly Gross Pay: $ 1,961.40 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and specimen collection.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the Montana.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Experience in primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, or ambulatory care.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
• IV certification (if required by state regulations).
