Nursing, Operating Room Nurse

Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate
: $59 - $63/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Sidney, Montana. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a OR:

• Perform OR circulating duties

• Provide on-call PACU coverage

• Deliver care for pediatric (PEDS) and PACU patients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate surgical perioperative care including pre-op, OR, and PACU phases

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room

• Provide after-hours post anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients

• Maintain current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications

• Maintain valid Montana or compact state RN license

• Apply a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a comparable surgical services setting
