Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (Part-time Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts to join our Long-Term Care team.

• Providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care using the nursing process.
• Conducting comprehensive admission assessments and reconciliation processes.
• Collecting and documenting resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and discharge needs.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Developing and updating individualized care plans and promoting patient safety.
• Providing education tailored to residents, families, and staff needs.
• Supervising healthcare team members and participating in quality improvement activities.
• Assisting with social work/discharge planning and informing residents about available services.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Nebraska RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
