Registered Nurse; RN; Long Term Care; Part-time Night Shift

In this role, you will

• provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care services to residents
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process
• perform comprehensive admission assessments and coordinate ongoing care
• collect, analyze, and document resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational domains
• communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care
• develop individualized care plans with input from residents and families, promoting safety and quality outcomes
• educate residents, families, and staff based on assessed needs
• supervise healthcare team members in compliance with regulations
• participate in quality improvement initiatives and discharge planning
• provide information on services to support informed decisions

• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• RN license in Nebraska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
