Job Description
Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, among other industry‑leading snacks.
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- Show a positive and professional attitude, be self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
- Perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs., including moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Sidney, NE).
- Schedule availability required:
Tuesday and Thursday; 7 am or morning start time depending on delivery arrival, 8–10 hours per week.
Hourly compensation rate ranges from $19.29 based on relevant experience.
