• This role is responsible for providing experience excellence for the guest in their respective location. The store clerk is responsible for taking care of the guest with their purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor. The store clerk is responsible for providing exceptional service that exceeds the guest’s expectations.

• This role is responsible for protecting guest information. Rewards, payment, and identification information are included in items that should remain secure.
• The store clerk is responsible for following all security protocols for guest/team safety.

• The Store Clerk is responsible for positive communication with the team that maintains a supportive working environment.
• This role is responsible for helping to foster culture in the store that services the guest above and beyond their expectations. The Store Clerk will make every effort to resolve any issues that the customer may encounter.
• This role is also responsible for maintaining consistent attendance. Advanced communication with their supervisor will be essential if they need to be absent from work during their scheduled time for reasons that are unavoidable.

• This role is responsible for executing brand standards developed and communicated by the President, Vice President, and Director of Operations of the Travel Centers and C-Stores.
• The Store Clerk is responsible for helping to communicate and educate the brand standards to the team and supporting a cohesive culture promoting and adhering to these standards.
• This role is responsible for upholding the company dress code. Maintaining proper grooming and daily hygiene is expected.

• Active member of the Wilkinson team that assists in diligently executing daily operations of the store and works to maintain consistency for the team.
• Active member of the Wilkinson team that communicates and upholds store quality and safety standards.
• Active member of the Wilkinson team that provides positive team mindset and maintains team accountability.

Must be willing to be Class C certified for UST fuel certification.

Must be willing to take RBST training as required to sell tobacco and alcohol.

The Store Clerk is responsible for maintaining customer service and salesfloor duties for Fat Dogs Sidney convenience store location. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.
