Role Overview
Our sales and store support teams, also known as clerks in the grocery world, play an essential role in maintaining clean, organized, and shoppable stores so customers can easily find what they need to keep their families healthy and fed. In this role, you are the face of the company, interacting with customers while replenishing shelves, arranging flowers, preparing produce, and receiving freight.
Key Responsibilities- Replenish shelves and manage product stock.
- Arrange flowers and display sales items.
- Prepare produce for sale.
- Receive freight and ensure accurate inventory.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.
- Take pride in all work, big or small.
- Recognize that food is central to all our lives.

- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop skills.

Hourly Rate: $19.40 per hour (minimum wage plus above, depending on location and experience).
Payment: Paid weekly.
