• Develop prospects and sell Shelter products as the primary focus of your agency.
• Build and manage your own agency, including the opportunity to bring on staff for general administrative duties and sales support.
• Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies set by Shelter.
• Maintain financial responsibilities for any outstanding bills owed through departure, such as advertising contracts, telephone bills, and utilities.

• Motivated attitude and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Skilled in effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere.
• Experience in sales and/or a degree with general business coursework is helpful but not required.
• No capital or assets required to begin;
  Shelter does not provide loans or sell agencies.
• Experienced agents typically transition from backgrounds such as real estate, retail sales, education, or coaching.
