Asset Protection Associate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $18‑$31 per hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. Working in this role will involve investigating incidents, thinking critically, and solving complex problems.

• Investigate incidents and incidents related to safety and security.
• Analyze situations critically to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with management and security teams to implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of investigations.

Full‑time. Available shifts: mid‑shift, closing.
