Brake & Alignment Technician - Sidney Upland

Brake & Alignment Technician is responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replace, rebuild, and/or recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

$14.85 - $23.15 for full time positions after eligibility criteria are met.
