Accountant

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

• Prepare and submit accurate owner billings in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure job costs are processed correctly and in compliance with internal control standards.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with third‑party subcontractors.
• Partner closely with project management teams to support exceptional client service and timely payment.
• Independently manage projects with complex contractual requirements, including certified payroll reporting, diversity and inclusion participation, prevailing wage, and TIF compliance.
• Prepare cost‑plus, cost‑plus GMP, and lump‑sum billings.
• Ensure all allowable costs are billed accurately and on time.
• Track and manage subcontractor lien waivers.
• Coordinate the billing process with project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
