Plant Controller

Job Overview

Our client in Western Ohio is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the accounting and financial operations of the plant, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities. You will also be responsible for cost accounting, inventory accounting and controls, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with plant leadership to support operational performance and achieve business objectives.

• Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and controls.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and partner with plant leadership to support operational performance and achieve business objectives.

• At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with a large ERP system such as SAP, Net Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, SUMIFS, and other financial analysis tools.

Full‑time, permanent position that is 100% onsite in Western Ohio.

Compensation: $100,000‑$130,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
