• Assist the pre‑construction team in preparing detailed cost estimates for all project phases.
• Perform material and quantity takeoffs from plans, specifications, and addenda.
• Help analyze drawings to identify scope requirements, constructability issues, and potential cost impacts.
• Develop bid packages, solicit and track bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and compare subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized project files, including drawings, specifications, RFI logs, and addenda.
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings, site visits, and subcontractor walk‑throughs.
• Help compile final estimates and proposals for submission.
• Utilize pre‑engineered metal building pricing & ordering software.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar technical training/field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
