Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
A customer service representative at Domino’s Pizza supports our operations by managing equipment, preparing products, and processing orders over the phone and in person. The role is available for part or full‑time positions with flexible scheduling to accommodate school, work, or personal commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain all store equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas, including the walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare food products according to quality standards.
  • Receive and process telephone orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and keep the front counter organized.
  • Clean equipment and the overall facility daily.
  • Use a touch‑screen computer system and keyboard to enter orders efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an upbeat, clear speaking voice.
  • Basic math abilities – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make accurate monetary change.
  • Excellent motor coordination for rapid, precise hand and finger movements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean, personable, outgoing, and energetic demeanor.
  • Dependable, reliable, punctual, prompt, and responsible.
  • Quick learner, self‑motivated, and adaptable to a fast‑moving environment.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience leading a team of 3‑30 people during shifts (leadership skills).
  • Possession of a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (required for delivery roles).
  • Demonstrated ability to model high standards for appearance, attitude, timeliness, and customer service.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule that meets the team’s needs.
