* Lead supplier onboarding and ramp-up activities for new strategic platforms, ensuring readiness across quality, capacity, cost, and delivery.
* Manage sourcing-related program timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
* Partner with engineering and operations to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and supplier capability needs.
* Facilitate cross-functional program reviews; escalate risks and drive timely resolution to maintain program execution.
* Identify supplier risks early and lead mitigation planning.
* Maintain program dashboards, supplier readiness metrics, and executive-level reporting.
* Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, sustainability requirements, and regulatory standards.
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Project Management certification preferred).
* 7+ years of experience in procurement, supplier development, program management, or NPI sourcing.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier capability assessment, and supply chain risk management.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-phase programs.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with supplier ramp-ups, new product introductions, or strategic platform launches highly desirable.
* Up to 15% travel, depending on program needs.
* Experience with commodities such as castings, steel, stampings, or plastics.
* PMP certification.
