* Lead facility walkthroughs with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) as well as Copeland’s insurance carrier.
* Lead follow-up efforts required after the above-mentioned walk-throughs through completion.
* Lead and supervise a team of contracted maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Assist in the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building management and/or automation systems and general building maintenance.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Associate or Technical degree
* 10+ years of experience in facility maintenance
* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
* HVAC Certification
* Electrical License or Certification
* OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification
* Facilities Management Certification (FMP, CFM)
