Hire wage: $17 hourly for awake wage and $13.45 hourly for sleep wage.
Position Requirements- Must have a driver’s license for at least 1 year (post‑permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (proof of education required).
- Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred.
- Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
Full time. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10p‑8a with every other weekend 8p‑8a. Weekend shifts are scheduled as needed.
Responsibilities- Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well.
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Experience ownership and trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
