Lead EHS Technician 3rd Shift
The EHS Lead Technician supports the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program by assisting with implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of safety, health, and environmental policies across the site. This position works closely with the EHS Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, and fosters a strong safety culture through training, hazard identification, and routine inspections.

Pay Range: $25.00 to 28.25 per hour Plus 0.75 Shift Premium
Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), Secondary education or 1 Year of EHS experience, Excellent communication and advisory skills, Knowledge of general occupational environmental, health and safety aspects of manufacturing/industrial work settings, Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment, Ability to work collaboratively within a departmental or cross functional team, Ability to maintain professional communication with internal and external partners, Ability to uphold confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information, Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Preferred:
Secondary education (some college) is desirable, OSHA 10- or 30-hour training, Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Environmental, Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment is a plus, 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office software (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
