Ohio Living Home Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide psychosocial support and personal care to the patient, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, and dressing;
Assist patient with mobility and transfers, including use of transfer devices;
Assist with toileting needs and incontinence care;
Plan, prepare, and assist with nutritious meals and prescribed diets;
Observe, document observations and care provided in EMR and report to supervisor
