Heartland Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide hands-on care in home, assisted living, or inpatient settings in Sidney, Ohio. The role offers a wage range of $16.75–$19.25 per hour and full-time benefits with Gentiva.
Required:
active Ohio CNA license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least six months of direct patient care experience. Hospice/home health experience preferred.
