We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist/ Certified Hand Therapist to serve in our outpatient rehab locations in Sidney, Ohio.

If you’re committed to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding national outcome standards, we want you on our team!

• Invitation to monthly journal clubs with hand surgeons
• No experience necessary, will provide onsite training (knowing this takes time)
• Busy hand center with 7 hand surgeons
• Endless learning opportunities including hand therapy meetings, clinical interaction with surgeons, surgery observation, collaborative care between hand therapy and hand surgeons

• Current OH Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility within 6 months)
• Hand Therapy Certification
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence

• College Diploma from accredited college/university for Occupational Therapy.
• Current, active, and unencumbered license to practice in Ohio as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
