We are seeking a dependable and caring Dietary Aide to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation! As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing quality meal service while creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Dietary Aide is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.
About the Role:- Assisting with meal preparation and tray service
- Serving meals and snacks according to resident diet orders
- Assisting with dining room setup and cleanup
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
- Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
- Working with the dietary and nursing teams to meet resident needs
- Food service or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
