Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing

The HR Manager owns the full scope of site-level Human Resources, balancing strategic partnership with day-to-day execution. This individual leads a dedicated HR team and works closely with operations leaders to drive engagement, compliance, safety, and workforce stability across multiple locations.

• Own and execute site HR strategy aligned with business and operational goals
• Lead all aspects of talent management, including hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention
• Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Develop, coach, and lead an HR team consisting of direct and indirect reports
• Strengthen leadership capability at the supervisor and manager level through training, coaching, and development initiatives
• Partner with operations to support and administer site safety initiatives
• Build sustainable local talent pipelines through partnerships with community and workforce organizations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• SHRM-CP preferred
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience leading people
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR compliance
• Proven ability to influence and support manufacturing leadership teams
• Track record of improving employee engagement and workforce stability
• Prior exposure to health and safety programs is beneficial
• Comfortable working in a fully on-site manufacturing setting
