Maintenance Technician – Hotel

Location: Sidney, OH

Pay:$18–19/hour (depending on experience)

Bonuses:

• $500 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 180 days
• $2,000 after 1 year
• $3,000 after 2 years
• Increases annually by $1,000 until capped at $5,000

Schedule: Full-time, half-day Saturdays, on-call as needed

• Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeep
• Electronic lock systems troubleshooting and repair
• PTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A/C units)
• Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers
• Light plumbing: clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc.
• Light electrical: outlets, switches, basic wiring
• General hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces)
• Responding promptly to guest and staff repair requests
• Keeping maintenance logs and following all safety procedures

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred, but apartment or light commercial building maintenance is acceptable
• Pool chemical knowledge and repair experience required
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience is ideal

• Paid vacation begins after one year, with a minimum of 5 days
• Paid sick leave and holiday pay (at 1.5x for major holidays)
