Job Overview
As Manager, Product Management – Control Electronics, you will spearhead a global product management team, translating market strategies into actionable product plans and ensuring alignment across regions.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing global Product Management team.
- Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
- Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
- Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
- Review business cases and major product investments to ensure strong returns and competitive differentiation.
- Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to continuously improve the portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years’ experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC.
- Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross‑functional teams.
- Strong track record of owning product P&L, delivering product growth and profitability, and managing multi‑product or platform portfolios.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and new product development (NPD) processes.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience in global product organizations.
- Experience managing platform‑based product strategies.
- Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscape.
- Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization.
