CNC Machinist – 1st & 3rd Shift

Locations: Troy, Ohio | New Bremen, Ohio

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm

3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 8pm–6am

Pay: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis) to produce precision parts per blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain precision, quality, and efficiency
  .
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Load and unload parts efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards
  .
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve problems.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Document production data accurately and maintain required records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures

• Minimum 1–2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HAAS, Mazak, or similar CNC controls required.
• Formal CNC or machining certification or technical training preferred.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and inspection techniques

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments accurately.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail
